By using UmmahFied, you accept these Terms, the Unity & Integrity Policy, and agree to respect the rulings of the Advisory Committee.
Purpose of Platform
UmmahFied provides tools to post, discover, and manage community and Islamic events that promote unity, learning, and welfare.
Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Post sectarian or political content.
- Spread unauthenticated religious material.
- Engage in hate, insult, or defamation.
- Use UmmahFied for unlawful or commercial exploitation.
Suspension & Termination
The platform may remove content or accounts violating any policy. Severe or repeated offences lead to permanent bans.
Disclaimer
UmmahFied acts only as a facilitator. Event organizers are solely responsible for their activities’ legality and accuracy.
Legal Compliance
These Terms comply with Indian IT Act 2000, IT Rules 2011, and GDPR-equivalent privacy standards.
